State Address

A Message From
The Vice President

Nigeria stands at a defining moment in its national journey, and our presence at Davos reflects a renewed determination to shape our future with boldness, clarity, and strategic vision.

As Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I am honored to affirm our government’s commitment to repositioning Nigeria as a key global player—one whose voice, ideas, and leadership contribute meaningfully to the world’s economic and development conversations.

Nigeria stands ready—not just to participate, but to lead, inspire, and partner with the world toward shared prosperity.

Why Nigeria House is Historic

The establishment of the Maiden Nigeria House at Davos marks a transformative milestone in our diplomatic and economic engagement strategy. For the first time, Nigeria is creating a sovereign pavilion dedicated to showcasing who we are, what we stand for, and the extraordinary opportunities that define our nation.

This historic structure serves not merely as a venue, but as a powerful symbol—an international gateway through which investors, innovators, policymakers, and global leaders can directly experience the dynamism, creativity, ambition, and resilience of the Nigerian people. It reflects our confidence in the reforms underway, our readiness for global partnerships, and our determination to present Nigeria on the world stage with dignity and strategic intent.

Presidency’s Anchor Role

The Presidency plays an anchor role in steering Nigeria House as a unifying platform for national ambition. Guided by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, the Presidency ensures that Nigeria House is more than an event—it is a strategic instrument for investment mobilisation, policy advocacy, and nation branding.

Through coordinated leadership across ministries, agencies, and the private sector, the Presidency ensures that Nigeria engages Davos with a coherent narrative, clear priorities, and a forward-looking agenda. Our role is to guarantee that every engagement, every conversation, and every partnership that emerges from Nigeria House contributes directly to national development.
